Who are we? Big Island Builds Inc. is a small construction firm located in Toronto’s east end. The company is owned and operated by Niall Buryk and Ron Nolan, good friends who have been working side by side for the last 15 years. In 2022, we decided it was time to make our informal partnership official, and dedicate ourselves full time to building beautiful homes in Leslieville and the Beaches.
What is Big Island? Big Island sits in the Bay of Quinte and is part of Prince Edward County, and it is where our company was founded. With quite marshes to the south and the dynamic shore of Lake Ontario to the north, we take the serenity and sublimity of this landscape as our constant inspiration for the houses we build. It is our hope that we can bring the peace and beauty of cottage country into your home in the city.
